Willing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy as follows to protect personal information in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to promptly and smoothly deal with any issues.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes, and in the event the purpose of use is changed, the Company intends to perform all necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Subscription and Management of Users
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes;
- Confirming intent to subscribe as member; identifying and certifying identity by the provision of membership service; maintaining and managing membership qualifications; identifying identity by following the Limited Identity Verification System; preventing unauthorized use of service; confirming consent of legal representative when processing personal information of children under 14 years; various notices and notifications; handling complaints, etc.

2. Provision of Goods or services
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes;
- Shipping goods; providing services; sending contracts and invoices; providing contents; providing customized services; self-authentication; age verification; payment and settlement; collection of debts, etc.

3. Handling complaints
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes;
Identity of complainant; confirming complaints; communicating and notifying to confirm facts; notifying results of customer services, etc.


Article 2 (Period of Processing and Retaining Personal Information)
① The Company processes and retains personal information in accordance with the laws or within the period consented by each data subject at the time of collection of such personal information.
② The period during which personal information is processed and retained is as follows:

1. Subscription and Management of Users: until companies/groups withdraw their subscriptions
However, the Company may process and retain personal information until the end of the following period in case of the following cases.
1) In case an Investigation or inspection in underway due to a violation of the relevant law: until the end of such investigation or inspection
2) In case a claim-obligation relationship remains due to using the company’s website: until the settlement of such relationship

2. Provision of Goods or Services: until completion of providing goods and services & until completion of payment of charge
However, the Company may process and retain personal information until the end of the following period in case of the following cases.
1) Records on transactions such as marks, advertisement, and terms of contracts and execution in accordance with Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
- Records regarding marks and advertisement: 6 months
- Records regarding cancellation of contracts or orders & Records regarding payments or provision of goods: 5 years
- Record regarding customer complaints or dispute resolutions: 3 years
2) Storage of telecommunication confirmation data under Article 41 of the Protection of Communications Secrets Act
- Telecommunications date and time, commencement and end time of telecommunications, number of other users, number of uses, location tracking data of base station: 1 year
- Log record data of internet and computer network, tracking data of access locations: 3 months


Article (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
①The Company processes personal information of a data subject only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides the personal information to third parties only when it falls under Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as consent of the data subject and special provisions of statutes.
② The Company provides personal information to third parties as follows.
- Recipients: Shinhan Card, KB Kookmin Card, Lotte Card, Samsung Card, NH Nonghyup, BC Card, Woori Card, Hana Card, Hyundai Card
- Purpose of Use of personal information by the recipients: business cooperation (e.g. co-hosting events) and Issuance of affiliate credit cards
- Categories of personal information provided: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, information of card or payment account
- Retention Period & Use Period: During the transaction period according to issuance contract of credit card


Article 4 (Rights of Users & Legal Representatives and Method to Exercise Such Rights)

①A data subject may exercise the following right at any time in relation to the protection of personal information:
1. The right to request to request permission to inspect personal information;
2. The right to request correction of any error;
3. The right to request deletion of personal information;
4. The right to request suspension of processing personal information.
② A data subject can exercise the rights provided in paragraph 1 by letter, phone, e-mail, etc., to the Company. In such case, the Company will take necessary measures without delay
③ Where a data subject requests the correction or deletion of any error, etc., to the data subject’s personal information, the relevant information will not be used or provided until such information is corrected or deleted.
④ A data subject may exercise the rights provided in paragraph 1 through an agent, including a legal representative and a power of attorney. In such cases, the data subject is required to submit a letter of delegation in accordance with Form 11 of the Enforcement Rule of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ A data subject must not infringe upon personal information or privacy of himself/herself or any third party in violation of the relevant laws.


Article 5 (Categories of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information.

1. Subscription and Management of Users
- Required items: name, date of birth, user ID, password, address, telephone number, gender, e-mail address, IPIN number

2. Provision of Goods or Services
- Required items: name, date of birth, user ID, password, address, telephone number, gender, e-mail address, IPIN number, payment information (credit card number, bank account information, etc.)
- Optional items: information concerning field of user’s interest, purchase history

3. The following personal information items may be automatically generated and collected during service use.
IP address, cookies, MAC address, service usage records, visit history, unfair use records, etc.


Article 6 (Destruction of Personal Information)
① The Company will destroy personal information without delay at the expiration of the retention period, the achievement of the purpose or other reasons for which such personal information is no longer necessary.
② Notwithstanding the expiration of the retention period consented by the data subject or the achievement of the purpose, in case where such personal information must be continued to be retained in accordance with other laws, such personal information will be transferred to a separate database or retained at a different place.
③ The Company’s procedure and method of destroying personal information is as follows.
1. Destruction Procedure
The Company will select personal information which has a cause for discard and discard such personal information with approval of our personal information protection manager.
2. Destruction Method
The Company will destroy any personal information recorded and stored in electronic file format by using a method such as Low-Level Format that will not allow data recovery. For any personal information recorded and stored in paper, the Company will destroy such personal information by shredding or incineration.


Article 7 (Measures to Secure Stability of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to secure stability.
1. Managerial Measure: establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular training of employees, etc.
2. Technical Measure: management of access authority of personal information processing system, installation of access control system, encryption of unique identification information, installation of security program, etc.
3. Physical Measure: access control in data processing room and data storage room, etc.


Article 8 (Matters on Installation, Operation and Rejection of Tool for Automatic Collection of Personal Information)
①To provide customized services to users, cookies are used as a means of storing and retrieving user information from time to time.
② An HTTP cookie is a small piece of data that a server uses to operate a web-site that is sent to the web browser of a user’s personal computer which may store it on a hard drive.
(a) Purpose of use of cookies: To provide optimized information to the users by grasping visit and use patterns, popular search terms, the status of secure login, etc., for each service and websites visited by users.
(b) Installation, operation, and rejection of cookies: the user may refuse to save cookies by setting web browser options in Tools>Internet Option>Personal Information Tab.
(c) In case the user refuses to save cookies, there may be difficulty in using customized services.

①The Company is responsible for all works in relation to the processing of personal information and has designated the following personal information protection manager for the handling of request for inspection of personal information of the subject of such personal information, complaints or providing relief for damages in relation to the processing of personal information.

② A data subject may inquire regarding personal information protection inquiries, complaint handling, and damage relief that occurred while using the Company's service (or business) to the person in charge of personal information protection and the department in charge. The Company will respond to inquiries of the data subject without delay and will process them.

A data subject may request permission to inspect one’s personal information under Article 35 of the Personal Information Protection Act at the office of the Company provided below. The Company will strive to ensure that your request is processed without delay.

Article 12 (Implementation and Amendment of Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy shall be effective from June 1, 2020.
